MEANDERS

Meanders is a walking group that meets fortnightly except for December. The walks leave the

church car park at 9:30 am and are led by a different member on each occasion.

Each walk is from 8 miles to a maximum of 12 miles and takes up most of the day.

The purpose is to go walking with fun and fellowship. We have an annual party and plan our programme for the calendar year ahead. The current programme is in the file below. Each May, the group has a weekend in the Lake District-based at the Keswick Convention Centre.

MIDI MEANDERS

Midi Meanders is a walking group for all ages, meeting once a fortnight and undertaking walks of five to six miles. The programme is agreed each December for the following year with different people leading the walks. Packed lunches are needed and also walking gear. Walks start from the church car park at 10am on Saturdays. Car sharing is used to accommodate walkers and to reach parts of the countryside within easy driving distance. The current programme is in the file below.
